British PM, David Sierra-Leone, (sorry) Cameron has described Nigeria/Nigerians as "fantastically corrupt", so what? It is the home rat that goes to tell the bush rat that there is fish at home, goes the saying of my people. Our president, Mohammadu Buhari in his numerous foreign trips constantly tells his audiences that his country and her citizens are roundly corrupt. Soon more foreign heads of states, presidents and prime ministers will follow suit to re-echo President Buhari's declaration. Who is to blame?
