Just recently, the national chairman of the ruling party, APC, Chief John Odigie Oyegun, said that they had not been in government before and did not know the rot in the system. But when they campaigned for the 2015 elections, they postulated that they possessed the knowledge, capacity and experience to fix Nigeria should they wrest power from the "clueless" President Jonathan/PDP administration. Now that President Buhari/APC government has been groping in a process of lack-lustre approach to proper governance, APC chair has deemed it expedient to make a poor attempt at explaining away their inadequacies. What does he want Nigerians to make of his statement?
