 Uzo ChikereBottom of Form
Sarz has been known more as a music producer. But he appears to be poised to showcase the other side of him that people had hardly noticed as he recently launched an academy to cater for young people.
Popular known for his up-tempo instrumentation on songs, Sarz is leveraging on his popularity to kick start a learning platform called The Sarz Academy (TSA).
The organization is aimed at employing art as a tool for fostering creativity, innovation, advocacy, legacy and leadership among Nigerian Youths.
According to a release on the website of the fledgeling organization, applications for study are being received, and “successful applicants will undergo a course which will be conducted three days in a week for at least six weeks, and the lessons shall focus on production, music business, humanitarian service, advocacy, leadership and Legal class”.
After the session participants shall be involved in a world class music project where all skills acquired shall be put to use.
During the project successful ones will have opportunities to engage with top Nigerian and African artistes and celebrities.
