2015: Rita Dominic, Kunle Afolayan Others Battle For =N=4m Prize

Gifted movie makers seem set for a
battle royal as they get up against each other at the 2015 Africa Magic
Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA). This became obvious as Amstel Malta announced
its reward of One million naira
cash prize each, to winners of four award categories. The contest will be among Kunle Afolayan, Ayo
Makun, Rita Dominic, Zeb Ejiro, O.C Ukeje, Ivie Okujaye and other AMVCA 2015 nominees who are looking forward to becoming
winners this year.
According to
Edem Vindah, Corporate Media and
Public Affairs Manager of Nigerian Breweries, the cash reward will be given to
winners of the Best Actor(Drama), Best
Actress (Drama), Best Movie (Comedy) and Best Overall Movie.
He revealed
this while addressing nominees and guests at the AMVCA
Nominees Brunch
which held Wednesday at the Intercontinental Hotel, Lagos.
The 2015
AMVCA will hold its Technical Awards on March 6, 2015 at the Eko Convention
Centre, followed by the main awards event on March 7, 2015 at same venue.
